Board of Adjustment
The Planning Commission also sits as the Board of Adjustment and meets as needed. These meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at 448 E. First Street, Suite 190.
The Board of Adjustment has the power and duty to review and approve, approve with conditions, or deny applications for variance pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 16, Article 4 of the Municipal Code. The membership and procedures of the Board of Adjustment are set out in Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code.
