Late Fees and Service Disconnections Resume
In March 2020, Salida suspended late fees and disconnections for overdue utility bills to provide economic relief during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting May 3, 2022, late fees and disconnections will be reinstated. Utility payments are due on the 20th of each month.
Salida Utilities offers the following payment options:
- Autopay with a checking account, authorization form required
- Phone payments 833.892.0176
- Pay online at cityofsalida.com or on our MyCivic Utilities app.
- Payment drop box at the Touber Building
- In-person payments 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
