City Council & Mayor Election Information

The Clerk’s office has received the following nomination petitions for the November 2, 2021 coordinated election, and have declared the signatures and candidate’s ability to run for office sufficient:

This Election will be conducted by mail ballot or vote in person. Mail ballots shall be mailed or hand-delivered to the Designated Drop-Off Location no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.

To vote in person, visit the Voter Service and Polling Center at the City of Salida Scout Hut located at 210 E Sackett Avenue. The Voter Service and Polling Center will be open to the public on October 25th, 2021 through November 1st, 2021:

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday, October 30th 8am to noon

Tuesday, November 2nd (Election Day) 7am to 7pm.
