Chaffee County Community Foundation
This fund is designed to fill in gaps in public assistance for individuals, families, organizations, and businesses who are being affected adversely by the public health decisions being made to control the spread of COVID-19. In order to ensure local dollars are used only after state and federal resources, CCCF has partnered with the Chaffee Department of Human Services for our application process. If you need help, call them today at  (719) 539-6627 or email them at chaffeebenefits@state.co.us. If they cannot help you, they will submit an application on your behalf to the Chaffee County Community Foundation.

State of Colorado COVID Relief Fund
The Colorado COVID Relief Fund’s purpose is to raise and coordinate allocation of funds based on prevention, impact and recovery needs of community-based organizations in Colorado. This Fund is organized to ensure that the most acute community needs across the state are being addressed and that community voice is reflected in all funding decisions made over time.

Paycheck Protection Program
The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll.
SBA will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities.
You can apply through any existing SBA 7(a) lender or through any federally insured depository institution, federally insured credit union, and Farm Credit System institution that is participating. Other regulated lenders will be available to make these loans once they are approved and enrolled in the program. You should consult with your local lender as to whether it is participating in the program.
Lenders may begin processing loan applications as soon as April 3, 2020. The Paycheck Protection Program will be available through June 30, 2020.
