The public hearing regarding the right-of-way vacation and rezoning of City property at the intersection of E. Crestone Avenue and W. 3rd Street (for the purpose of creating no more than six affordable housing units) that was originally planned for the April 27 Planning Commission meeting has been moved to Tuesday, May 26 at 6PM in City Council Chambers. This change has been made in order to allow full participation in the hearing, assuming COVID-19-related safety measures have been relaxed. Should current safety measures be further extended, the hearing date will again be reconsidered to determine whether public input can be provided in a reasonable and safe manner. (Please note that these applications will also need to be heard by City Council for a final decision sometime after a Planning Commission recommendation has been made).
