Sealed BIDS for construction of the RV Dump Station project will be received at the City Public Works Building 340 W Highway 291, Salida, CO 81201 until 11:00 AM June 6,2014 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
This project will construct an RV Dump Station at the NRC site at Highway 50 and Vandaveer Ranch Road. Work includes the station, plumbing for future bulk water sales and other equipment. Extension of water and sewer mains and the paving of Cleora Road is included.
A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid price is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held May 28 starting at 10:00 AM at the Public Works Facility at 340 W Highway 291, Salida.
The work of this project shall be completed within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed.

Copies of the Plans and Specifications will be available after May 22,2014.
