August Report Collections of sales tax for the month of August were $440,899, a 7.9% increase from August 2013. Chisolm Park Playground Area Temporarily Closed for Installation of New Playground Equipment

Temporary Road Closure Monday Oct. 20th – Caldwell Avenue (Alley) Between Hwy 50 and Jones Street

The City of Salida Public Works Department will be closing Caldwell Avenue (alley) between Highway 50 and Jones street today, Monday  October 20, 2014, between the hours of 8am to approximately 4pm to  to replace  a water line.
