USDA Rural Development Awards Funding for Wastewater Treatment Plant

Notice of a Finding of No Significant Impact
The USDA has determined that the City’s proposal for upgrading the wastewater treatment facility will not have a significant effect on the environment.
Notice of the Availability of an Environmental Assessment
As required by the National Environmental Policy Act and agency regulations, the Rural Utilities Service has prepared an Environmental Assessment that evaluated the potential environmental effects and consequences of the proposed waste water treatment facility upgrade.
