Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals meets as needed to review appeals to decisions of the Building Official. These meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at 448 E. First Street, Suite 190.

The Board of Appeals has the power and duty; to reverse or affirm, wholly or in part, or modify the requirement, order, decision, interpretation or determination of the Building Official pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18, Article 8 of the Municipal Code. The membership and procedures of the Board of Adjustment are set out in Chapter 18, Article 10 of the Municipal Code.
