Collections of the City of Salida’s 3% sales tax for the month of June totaled $517,900. This represents an increase of $39,648, or 8.3%, from June 2015. Year-to-date collections totaled $2,388,170 which was $156,791 or 7.0% greater than the YTD for same period a year ago.

Salida’s share of the Chaffee County tax for June was $178,282, an increase of $21,012 or 13.4%. Year-to-date collections totaled $775,418, which was $60,373 or 8.4% greater than the same period a year ago.
