City of Salida Police Officer

The City of Salida, located in the beautiful Heart of the Rockies in Colorado is now accepting applications to fill a full time Police Officer position. Applications will be accepted from experienced or non experienced police officers. Applicants must be Colorado POST certified or certifiable at the time of application.

PAY/SALARY RANGE:

The base wage is currently $68,900 - $93,100 annually (depending on qualifications and step in grade system), with the opportunity for overtime and holiday pay.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS:

The City offers a full benefits package for this position including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, an FPPA Retirement plan, Personal Time Off accrual, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and a swim benefit at the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center.
